NFT Crypto Art – Terms and Conditions

– Ownership of one of our NFT Art pieces does not include copyright, reproduction rights, distribution rights or any other rights to the artwork in the token (unless specified in writing in the NFT token description).

– If an original artwork, collectible or other physical or digital item (refered to in these terms and conditions as the ‘item’) is connected to the NFT, the buyer assumes all responsibility and potential costs for shipping, import taxes or any other unforeseen costs associated with the ‘item’ while it is in their possession and ownership.

– If an original artwork, collectible or other physical or digital item is connected to the NFT, when selling the NFT Token, the seller must ship the original artwork to the new buyer. All responsibility and potential costs for shipping, import taxes or any other unforeseen costs associated with the ‘item’ are to be negotiated between the buyer and seller and Pistache Creative Ltd accept no responsibility or liability for any occurrence related to the Original Artwork or NFT Token once it is no longer in their possession.
